125ml chia seeds

500ml Coconut milkor almond milk

40ml honeyor maple syrup

4 kiwispeeled and sliced thinly
(Makes about 10)
METHOD:
- Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk and honey for at least an hour (until thick). Stir well.
- Fill the popsicle moulds with layers of the kiwi and chia mixture, insert sticks, and place in freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Unmould and enjoy on a hot day.
