Mariam is the owner and founder of Cooked.inc – a wholesome meal delivery service. Her food philosophy is one filled with wholesome, natural ingredients cooked in her unique style. As a cancer survivor, Mariam’s food is nutrient rich, without compromising on taste and flavour. On top of creating delicious recipes, Mariam heads up a catering business that offers fresh, daily meals and also offers themed cooking classes at her studio.

Sophia Lindop
Chef and food author Sophia Lindop, of Lebanese descent, was born on a farm in South Africa. Today she and her husband, Paddy, live in the breathtakingly beautiful city of Cape Town, ensconced between the majestic Table Mountain and the ocean.
Sophia grew up in the kitchens of her mother and grandmother. She studied food and wine for six years, and – as she always says – that experience put words to a song that had been playing in her heart all her life.
Her cooking style has always been aligned with nature and the seasons. She fervently believes that food should be simple, highlighting the flavours of each component, and that people should know where their ingredients come from.

Isabella Niehaus is a culinary enthusiast and former fashion editor who has turned her elegant home into a haven for food lovers. An award-winning author, her cookbooks “Duinhuis” and “There’s a Vegan on my Verandah” won the Best Cookbook in the World at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. Isabella focuses on seasonal ingredients and the joy of sharing meals, hosting events that celebrate connection through food. Her creativity and passion for cooking continue to inspire many.
