DATE, OATS AND ALMOND ENERGY BALLS

Enjoy these nutritious energy balls packed with the goodness of dates, almonds, and oats. Perfect for a quick and healthy snack!

100g almonds toasted, chopped
140g oats
210g pitted dates chopped medjool dates
90g honey OR maple syrup
80g Peanut Butter
Pinch of Salt
Cinnamon pinch of ground cinnamon
250ml desiccated coconut for rolling

(Makes ±30)

METHOD:

  • Place all the ingredients (except the coconut) in a food processor and pulse until it comes together.
  • Roll the mixture into large teaspoon-sized balls (±25 g each) and roll into coconut.
  • Store in an airtight container.
