250ml desiccated coconutfor rolling

METHOD:
- Place all the ingredients (except the coconut) in a food processor and pulse until it comes together.
- Roll the mixture into large teaspoon-sized balls (±25 g each) and roll into coconut.
- Store in an airtight container.
