2 bottles Méthode Cap Classique

Orange/citrus flavoured liqueur, like triple sec or cointreau, to taste

Orange peel for garnish

1/2 cup castor sugar

1 Zest of 1 orange, mixed through sugar
Fills 12-14 small welcome bubbly glasses.
- Mix the sugar and zest together.
- Dip each glass in water and then in the sugar mixture.
- Pour a little orange liqueur in the bottom of each glass and garnish with a citruswedge or rind.
- Fill glass with Méthode Cap Classique just before serving.
